Dear friends, clients and colleagues,

The programme "Loreta Trajectory Viewer" which unites two approaches to analysis, processing and visualization of data - Loreta and DTI, has been finished.  During my work, I didn’t have any previous example so I will appreciate every suggestion and criticism so that I could use them in the future updates of the programme. This program is in experimental phase and it is NOT FOR MEDICAL USE and is solely for PERSONAL USE.

About Software:

The programme has been made in the programming language C# in Unity Technology, by Dr. Slobodan Jovanovic.

System Requirements

Operating System: Windows (All) 64 bit. I didn't test software on 32 bit
Processor Speed: 2GHz at least
RAM: 8GB Note: Software is tested also with mashine with 4GB RAM, and Graphic cart 2GB
Graphic cart: Indepndent, 1GB minimmum, 2GB recommended

References:

The references from which 3D objects and brain fibers are obtained are the same as the ones for  "Atlas Trajectory 1000".
Note: Big part of my knowladge is under influence of Neuroguide and from the work of "father of the Neurofeedback", Robert Tacher phD, President/CEO at Applied Neuroscience, Inc. and I don't know where this influence starts and where is the end of this influence.

Fibers:
The software includes only those fibers that are on their both sides in touch with voxels in the brain model. All the fibers that on their ends have only one or no voxels are excluded. More than 16000 fibers is being processed each moment. If "Atlas Trajectory 1000" aplication is also installed, the software has a possibility of the input of all the fibers from atlas database(>500.000 fibers) , but they are not processed additionally with regard to the state of the voxels.

Features:

1) "Educational mode" (free mode version 1.0.1)
With the Electrode panel in the application, the user is able to choose some values that he wants on electrodes and to observe the changes in the connection between different parts of the brain.
Note:Maximum values of the electrodes' valeus are different so the Electrode panel can't be used for input real values.
The analysis od voxels whose value crosses the border of the value determined by the user:
-ROI analysis(the percentage of voxels' count, the  sum of voxels’ value, the average value of ROI and Brodmanns fields).
  - Networks (Voxels) Analysis (the percentage of count, the sum of voxels’ value, the sum of the average value of ROI and Brodmanns fields which belong to a certain network)
  - Symptoms Networks (Voxels) Analysis (the percentage of voxels' count, the sum of voxels’ value, the sum of the average value of ROI and Brodmanns fields which belong to a certain network)
  - Network (fibers) Analysis (ROI-Brodmann cross-connected fibers count, the sum of fibers’ ends’ value of ROI-Brodmann cross-connected fibers)
    - Symptoms Network (fibers) Analysis (ROI-Brodmann cross-connected fibers count, sum of fibers ends value of ROI-Brodmann cross-connected fibers)

2) Unlimited mode:
The possibility of the input of different files (19 electrodes):
      - .lor(Key Institute LORETA )
      - .slor( Key Institute LORETA). These files(.slor) must be in the text format (.txt). Converter tool is available in the menu of Key Institute sLORETA software(utilities =>  Format converter)
      - TabDelimited(.tdt) files( NEUROGUIDE Loreta Analysis:Absolute Power Raw,Absolute Power Z score, Coherence, Coherence Z score, PhaseDiff, PhaseDiff.Z score, PhaseShift, PhaseShift Z score, PhaseLock, PhaseLock Z score, Phase Slope Index,Phase Slope Index Z Score, Cross-Frequency Coherence, Cross-Frequency Coherence Z score). .
      - The data of other softwares of the same character can relatively easy be transferred to Neuroguide such as tdt format that can be used by software. Haeders and the shape of the data need to be same as used by Neuroguide, so data is not limited only to Neuroguide. For help send an e-mail to the support@silencevision.com
Note: The  brain model in Loreta Trajectory viewer has 8196 voxels which is more than Key Institute LORETA  model has (2394 voxels and 6239 voxels). Not a single part of software or algorithm used by Loreta Institute is used in Loreta Trajectory viewer. The algorithm used is obtained by  determining the nearest points in our model.
